Tennessee Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Catsup |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Water |
| 1 | Onions - chopped | |
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seed |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Combine ingredients in small saucepan and bring to boil.
Simmer until reduced to thick sauce, stirring occasionally.
