		Mop
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Dry mustard
1		Garlic - crushed
1/2		Bay leaf (small)
1/3 teaspoon	1.7ml	Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Paprika
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup	118ml	Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup	59ml	Cider vinegar
2 cups	474ml	Beef stock
1/4 cup	59ml	Vegetable oil
