Red Chinese Rib Barbecue Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Ketchup
2 tablespoons	30ml	Concentrated orange juice
1 tablespoon	15ml	Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon	5ml	Fresh ginger root - minced
1 tablespoon	15ml	Soy sauce
1 tablespoon	15ml	Rice wine

Recipe Instructions

Mix all the ingredients.

Use to marinate ribs before smoking.
