Rattlesnake Club Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Ketchup |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Prepared chili sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Prepared steak sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dry mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared horseradish |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Molasses |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Jalapeno pepper - minced |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco sauce |
Whisk first 10 ingredients in bowl.
Heat to an almost boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add hot pepper sauce to taste.
Remove from heat, cover and chill.
Bring to room temperature to serve.
NOTES : Perfect with any kind of meat.
Makes about 3 cups.
