Gizzard, heart, and liver from goose - ground | ||

1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Minced celery |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Grated nutmeg |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-cracked pepper - to taste |
Blend all together seasoning to taste.
