Recipe Ingredients

		Maridnade
1 cup	237ml	Apple cider
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Cayenne
		Sauce
1/4 cup	59ml	Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup	40g / 1.4oz	Brown sugar
1/4 cup	59ml	Cider vinegar
1/4 cup	59ml	Water
1/4 cup	59ml	Ketchup
2 teaspoons	10ml	Chili powder

Recipe Instructions

Marinate pork shoulders in marinade before smoking.

Mix sauce ingredients well; use as a dipping or a finishing sauce.
