Piedmont North Carolina Style Bbq Sauce - 07

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	240g / 8.5oz	Brown sugar
1/2 cup	118ml	Vinegar
1		Butter
1 cup	237ml	Ketchup
6 oz	170g	Heinz 57 steak sauce
1 tablespoon	15ml	Celery seed
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Onion - chopped
1		Garlic
1 tablespoon	15ml	Dry mustard
		Red pepper flakes

Recipe Instructions

Cook sugar, butter until bubbles.

Add vinegar and whisk. Add rest and cook until thick.
