1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - finely chopped |

1/2 cup | 118ml | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry mustard - red pepper flakes to |
Caramelize butter and sugar until bubbly.
Add vinegar and whisk.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer until thickened.
