Recipe Ingredients

1/2   Butter
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozMinced onion
1 1/4 cups 296mlCider vinegar
1 1/4 cups 296mlKetchup
3/4 cup 120g / 4.2ozBrown sugar
1 teaspoon 5mlWorcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCayenne pepper
  Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions

Saute onion in butter.

Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.

Use on pork smoked with vinegar based mop.
