2 cups | 474ml | Cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Peppercorns |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seeds |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hot pepper flakes |
1 | Onion - grated | |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Saute onion until translucent in a small amount of oil.
Mix all ingredients and allow time for flavors to blend.
