North Carolina: Eastern Style With Butter - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
2/3 cup | 157ml | Mustard |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | White sugar |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chili powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | White pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
5 | Tabasco | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
Mix all ingredients except soy and butter.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in soy and butter.
