North Carolina Thin Red Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Vinegar |
10 tablespoons | 150ml | Ketchup |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 | Red pepper | |
Salt and black pepper to taste |
Combine all ingredients and let sit for an hour or more at room temperature to let flavors combine and mature.
