1 | Cannellini beans - (14 oz) - rinsed, drained | |

1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
4 sections | Fresh mint leaves | |
6 sections | Fresh thyme leaves - stripped from stem | |
Coarse salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped chives |
Pulse all ingredients except chives in food processor until a smooth paste forms and transfer to a bowl. Serve on bruschetta and garnish with chopped chives.
