Mustard Glaze Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | French's classic yellow mustard |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange marmalade |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground ginger |
Combine ingredients.
Brush mixture on ham frequently during the last hour of baking.
Makes 1 cup (enough for 10-15 pound ham).
