Mustard Barbecue Sauce - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Minced onion |
3 | Jalapeno peppers - minced | |
1 cup | 237ml | Yellow mustard |
1 cup | 237ml | Deli mustard |
1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Dark corn syrup |
1 oz | 28g | Molasses |
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste |
Mix the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cook on low heat until the onions are tender and the mixture thickens.
Yield: 5 cups
