Missouri Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic - finely minced |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cumin |
Combine all ingredients, heat to boiling and allow to cool.
Let set for at least one hour for flavors to blend.
