| 1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup | 
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Vinegar | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Celery seed | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder | 
| 1 | Black pepper | |
| 1 | Tabasco sauce | 
Heat to boil, let cool.
I've been using the following recipe for quite some time, I believe it might be what you're looking for. I found it in the recipe archives, it was originally posted by Mark Antry, whose name I haven't seen on the list for a while. It's excellent.
I make it without the celery seed (and usually add more chili powder and substitute Texas Pete for the Tabasco.
