2 2/3 tablespoons | 39ml | Honey |

In a large sauce pot place tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, bitters, lemon juice, bay leaves, red pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, white pepper, paprika, dill seed, sweet basil and cinnamon. Simmer uncovered for 2 to 3 hours over low heat. Sauce should be thick.
Add corn syrup, honey and brown sugar. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Make sure sauce does not scorch on bottom.
