Lemon Herb Sauce For Grilled Shrimp Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Catsup |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White vinegar |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Lemon - seeded and - finely minced (large) including rind |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Gravy master or kitchen bouquet |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground coriander |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cumin seed |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground ginger |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Paprika |
Cayenne pepper to taste |
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Use immediately for marinating shrimp for the grill.
