Joseph Carrico Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cayenne pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Paprika |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
Mix together over low heat.
Makes one gallon sauce.
Mr. Carrico says to use a large kitchen tablespoon, "not one of those little measuring spoons".
Serve over smoked meat.
