Hot Georgia Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Ketchup |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion powder |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco sauce |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Vinegar' |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat to boiling point.
Use for Barbecuing chicken, pork, veal, beef or lamb.
