| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Allspice | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mustard | 
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Extra hot chile powder | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Capers - chopped | 
| 1 | Glass red wine | |
| 4 | Garlic - chopped | |
| 1 | Red bell pepper - chopped | |
| 12 oz | 340g | Tomatoes - chopped | 
| 1 | Sml can concentrated tomato - paste | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ginger | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mild paprika | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Oregano | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive paste | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce | 
| Black pepper | 
Sweat the onions and garlic in a saucepan with the olive oil, taking care not to brown (a pot with close fitting lid helps), add the sweet peppers cook a little longer, add the tomato, cook a little more, then chuck everything in and cook for another 45 minutes.
Liquidize. That's it.
