Spiced Coffee With Liqueur Recipe - Cooking Index
8 tablespoons | 120ml | Ground coffee |
1 | Fresh orange rind, 1/2" thk | |
4 | Whole cloves | |
A sprinkle of cinnamon | ||
Cognac or coffee liqueur - as needed | ||
Granulated sugar - for rimming glasses |
Brew a pot of coffee, putting the orange rind, cloves, and cinnamon in with the grounds before brewing. Top off coffee with cognac or liqueur. Dip rims of coffee mugs in warm water, then coat in sugar.
