Eastern North Carolina Barbecue Sauce With Onions Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Peppercorns |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hot pepper flakes |
| 1 | Onion - grated | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Mix ingredients well and simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat until onions are cooked through.
