Down-East Style Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1		Vinegar
3/4 cup	177ml	Salt
2 tablespoons	30ml	Cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons	45ml	Red pepper flakes
1 cup	160g / 5.6oz	Brown sugar

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients.

Allow to stand for four hours.

Serve as table sauce.
