Currant Barbecue Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Currant jelly
1/2 cup	118ml	Prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Garlic
1 teaspoon	5ml	Smoke - hickory
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Tabasco - (to taste)

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Heat until you have a smooth mixture.

Do not allow the sauce to burn by stirring continuously.
