1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Currant jelly |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Smoke - hickory |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco - (to taste) |
Combine all ingredients. Heat until you have a smooth mixture.
Do not allow the sauce to burn by stirring continuously.
