Cranberry Lemon Barbecue Glaze Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cranberry sauce - whole, 8 oz can | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon peel - finely shredded |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Rosemary - dried, crushed |
In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Use to baste lamb or pork last 15 minutes of grilling.
