Coca-Cola Barbecue Sauce - 2

Recipe Ingredients

1		Classic Coke - (12 oz.)
1 1/2 cups	355ml	Ketchup
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Finely chopped onion
1/4 cup	59ml	Cider vinegar
1/4 cup	59ml	Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon	5ml	Chili powder
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
		Hot pepper sauce to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered for 30-45 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally. Strain if desired.

Season with hot pepper sauce.
