Chipotle Sauce (Hot) Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Dark corn syrup |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Strong coffee |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Ketchup |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cider vinegar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Worcestershire sauce |
6 teaspoons | 30ml | Chili powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Corn oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
6 | Canned chipotle peppers |
Heat thoroughly. Bring to a boil.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Transfer to blender and blend thoroughly.
