Chipotle Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/3 cups | 437g / 15oz | Dark corn syrup |
1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Extra strong coffee |
1 cup | 237ml | Catsup |
1 cup | 237ml | Cider vinegar |
1 cup | 237ml | Worcestershire sauce |
8 tablespoons | 120ml | Chili powder |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Corn oil |
8 teaspoons | 40ml | Prepared mustard |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
2 | Chipotle peppers | |
1 | Cornstarch |
Blender the above mixture.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer.
Thicken with cornstarch to desired thickness.
