Saute onions and garlic in peanut oil until soft.
Mix well and cook a few minutes then add tomato juice cider vinegar Worcestershire, liquid smoke and molasses.
Simmer until it starts to reduce and smells right.
The key, to me, is balancing hot, sour and sweet.
