2 | Scotch bonnet chiles - fresh or dried | |
1 cup | 237ml | Orange juice |
1 cup | 237ml | Honey |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Soy or Worcestershire sauce |
Ginger | ||
Allspice | ||
Garlic | ||
Thyme |
Blend together well in the blender and then simmer in sauce pan for 5-10 minutes.
Let stand in fridge overnight for fullest flavor.
