Bermudian Hot Grilling Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Brown sugar |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Pineapple juice |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Dark rum |
| 5 tablespoons | 75ml | Tabasco sauce |
| One orange - juice of | ||
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Allspice |
Mix all ingredients well, and use as a marinade, basting sauce, or dipping sauce.
