| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Season all - (Penderys) |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Alpine touch |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Liquid smoke |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Reno red chile powder |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Celery seed |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cayenne |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
Mix all ingredients in saucepan and let simmer for 1/2 hour. Let sit overnight.
