Barbecue Sauce With Beer -- Robert Recipe - Cooking Index
28 oz | 795g | Catsup |
121 oz | 3437g | Chili sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Brown sugar - firmly packed |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black pepper |
1 | Steak sauce | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1 | Beer | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mince garlic |
Combine all ingredients, except garlic, in saucepan and simmer 30 minutes over medium heat.
Add minced garlic before using.
Baste meat during last 15 minutes of grilling time.
