1/2 cup | 118ml | Peanut oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tomato paste |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mustard - prepared |
3 | Hot pepper sauce | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt* |
* - or plain salt if preferred.
Combine ingredients and beat with a whisk until well blended.
Use as baste for charcoal-broiled chicken.
