2 cups | 474ml | Cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Peppercorns |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seeds |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hot pepper flakes |
1 | Onion - chopped fine | |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Combine in large saucepan.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for one hour.
Strain, if desired.
