Barbecue Sauce - Lucille's Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Lemon soda (like 7-Up) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Catsup | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Crushed red pepper to taste | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
Bring to a boil and simmer until thick, about 30 to 45 minutes. Keeps well in the refrigerator.
