Barbecue Sauce - French Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Corn syrup |
1/3 cup | 78ml | White wine |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Corn oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley |
1 | Garlic - clove | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Onion or shallots - diced |
Saute Onions or shallots in a little corn oil until cooked but not browned.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cool and serve or serve hot.
