Arkansas Barbecue Sauce (Small Batch)

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	118ml	Water
3 oz	85g	Brown sugar
3 oz	85g	Worcestershire sauce
3 oz	85g	Yellow mustard
1/4 cup	59ml	Catsup
1/8 cup	29ml	Black pepper
1/8 cup	29ml	Red pepper flakes
3/4 tablespoon	11ml	Red wine vinegar
1/4		White wine
3 oz	85g	Salt

Recipe Instructions

Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or store in aluminum, store in glass.
