2 cups | 474ml | Water |
1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Brown sugar |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Yellow mustard |

1/2 cup | 118ml | Black pepper |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Dried red pepper flakes |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 cup | 237ml | White wine |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Salt |
Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or store in aluminum store in glass.
