Yellow Sauce For Sausage Or Brisket Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cheap yellow prepared mustard - (NOT Dijon) |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Red wine vinegar |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Brown sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Margarine |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Ground black pepper - (coarse) |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Franks Louisiana hot sauce - (or similar) |
Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, whisking while heating.
