| 1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
| 8 oz | 227g | Heinz 57 Steak Sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Celery seed |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped |
| 2 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry mustard |
| Red pepper flakes |
1. Caramelize butter and sugar until bubbly. Add vinegar and whisk. Add rest
until thickened.
