Vinegar Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Butter |
| 5 tablespoons | 75ml | Vinegar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cold water |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Unbleached flour |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Eggs - beaten (large) |
Combine sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan. Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven until crust is brown.
