Vinegar Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons	37ml	Butter
5 tablespoons	75ml	Vinegar
1 cup	237ml	Cold water
2 tablespoons	30ml	Unbleached flour
4 tablespoons	60ml	Eggs - beaten (large)

Recipe Instructions

Combine sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan. Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven until crust is brown.
