Vaunted Vinegar Sauce (For Pulled Pork) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | White vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne or red pepper flakes |
For slaw, mix all and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
For sauce, mix all until sugar dissolves.
