| 1 | Pulp of tomatoes | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ginger |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cloves |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Horseradish - grated |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
| 2/3 | Vinegar |
Boil all well together, then add three pounds sugar, and boil awhile - Mrs.
