Texas Fajita Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cooking oil - (1/2 sesame oil) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar or red wine (I use red wine) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder approx. |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon pepper approx. |
I use this great marinade that someone in Texas gave me for fajitas. I use it to marinate fresh veggies like onions, peppers, mushrooms and squash and throw on the grill or for chicken or an injection juice for turkey breast.
Gives a great flavor! (or add some orange juice for turkey injection) Let me know how you like it.
