2 | Anchovies - (oil & all) | |
1 | Garlic - (not clove... Head) | |
2 | Eggs | |
A couple good dashes of Tabasco - (or similar type hot sauce) | ||
A couple good dashes of Worchester sauce | ||
Lemon juice - (2 lemons worth) | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hot mustard - (the dry stuff) |
Turn on the blender and start filling it up with olive oil (that's why ya need an industrial Binford type blender). Makes about a quart, goes a long way. I keep it in a pickle jar and it last a while... and never has that salmonella stuff either. (Garlic kills it!)
