Sweet Mustard Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Granulated lite brown sugar |
1 1/3 tablespoons | 19ml | Mustard powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery salt |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Worcestershire sauce |
3/8 cup | 88ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Clean water |
Add liquids to a sauce pan and stir in dry ingredients. Bring to a boil just before serving, on account of the smell. It will be thin so use a spoon to parcel it out to the worthy. I dribbled this over Shake and Bake Pork Chops, 3/4 inch thick, and the audience said that it would be even better over nekkid Pork Q.
