Sweet Mustard Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozGranulated lite brown sugar
1 1/3 tablespoons 19mlMustard powder
1 teaspoon 5mlCelery salt
1/2 cup 118mlWorcestershire sauce
3/8 cup 88mlBalsamic vinegar
1/2 cup 118mlClean water

Recipe Instructions

Add liquids to a sauce pan and stir in dry ingredients. Bring to a boil just before serving, on account of the smell. It will be thin so use a spoon to parcel it out to the worthy. I dribbled this over Shake and Bake Pork Chops, 3/4 inch thick, and the audience said that it would be even better over nekkid Pork Q.
