| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Garlic oil - (2 teaspoons of garlic and honey) |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | A chili oil |
Mix all ingredients and inject turkey with injector needle.
